What genre would you describe yourself as? Why?

House with a bass music flare. I mainly play Bass House and Electro House.

Tell us something that you’re doing now and are excited about.

I am working on a few project collaborations. One is with Ron Resser. Ron is very well known in the industry and a great producer. Also just finished a remix for Cheyenne Giles. Dude is a beast and gonna be huge. Trust me. I just signed him to my record label.

What artists influence you/do you look up to?

Prince! The man was a musical genius. Played all instruments and was very humble. And thats what I aspire to always be. I try to stay humble.

What is your proudest moment so far? (blogged/signed/etc..)

Getting signed to Hardwell’s label, Revealed Recordings. It was such an amazing feeling signing an agreement with them and having Hardwell, Morgan Paige and Ummet Ozcan full supporting the track.

What DAW do you use?

Ableton Live 10. Ive been using Ableton since version 7.

What are some of your favorite plug-ins?

Serum, Avenger, Fabfilter and Waves.

What is something you cannot leave home without (besides keys, phone, wallet)?

My cell home and my flash drive. I always carry one in my wallet. Never know when you might play a surprise set somewhere.

Long days and nights in entertainment can take quite a toll on your body.  How do you stay healthy?

Im not the healthiest person in the world LOL but I try to take vitamins on a regular basis. I drink lots of water and I stay away from drugs and alcohol these days.

If you had to do something else (outside of music), what would it be?

I would probably want to be a graphic designer and design my own clothing brand. I always thought that would be so cool to do. Right now my record label, Phunk Junk Records, has t-shirts and hats and stickers. It so cool to see people wearing my brand.

What was your favorite show that you've played?

Lost Lands, Midwest Jungle Sound Camp. Hands down!!!!!! It was amazing playing in front of the crowd we had there at the stage.

What’s your current favorite show (tv/Netflix/etc…) worth binging?

I just finished watching Bad Blood on Netflix. I like mob themed shows. I am also very very excited for Cobra Kai season 2 to come out.

What’s the craziest thing that’s happened to you while DJing?

One time I was playing a gig and when I turned around I saw 2 girls butt naked on a couch having sex while I was DJ'ing.

Is there anything else you would like to add?

I would like to announce that starting April 5th 2019, I begin my residency, every Friday night at The Gold Room Chicago, located in Stone Park, IL. I am gonna be bringing in different DJs to open for me and we have some big things in the works to bring in some out of town talent. So please stop by and support and just come say hello. I also want to add that even though I may look scary, I am a big teddy bear. So if you ever see me at a gig or out somewhere, please do not hesitate to introduce yourself. I love meeting new people.

What is something that makes you stand out as an artist?

My flare. I like to dress funky, have funky hairstyles. And I play bizarre tracks at times. Since I am a monthly resident on DI.FM, I get tons of promos before they even hit the stores so many DJs and labels ask me to test out their material to see how the crowd reacts.

What is a quote or phrase that you try to live by? Why?

Dream but don’t sleep - I love this saying because its good to have dreams and reach for those dreams. But you can’t sleep on it, otherwise you will never acchieve that goal.
